SV	En hun vader had hun vele gaven gegeven van zilver, en van goud, en van kostelijkheden, met vaste steden in Juda; maar het koninkrijk gaf hij Joram, omdat hij de eerstgeborene was.
WLC	וַיִּתֵּ֣ן לָהֶ֣ם ׀ אֲ֠בִיהֶם מַתָּנֹ֨ות רַבֹּ֜ות לְכֶ֤סֶף וּלְזָהָב֙ וּלְמִגְדָּנֹ֔ות עִם־עָרֵ֥י מְצֻרֹ֖ות בִּֽיהוּדָ֑ה וְאֶת־הַמַּמְלָכָ֛ה נָתַ֥ן לִֽיהֹורָ֖ם כִּי־ה֥וּא הַבְּכֹֽור׃ פ
Trans.	wayyitēn lâem ’ăḇîhem matānwōṯ rabwōṯ ləḵesef ûləzâāḇ ûləmiḡədānwōṯ ‘im-‘ārê məṣurwōṯ bîhûḏâ wə’eṯ-hammaməlāḵâ nāṯan lîhwōrām kî-hû’ habəḵwōr:

AC	ג ויתן להם אביהם מתנות רבות לכסף ולזהב ולמגדנות עם ערי מצרות ביהודה ואת הממלכה נתן ליהורם כי הוא הבכור {פ}
ASV	And their father gave them great gifts, of silver, and of gold, and of precious things, with fortified cities in Judah: but the kingdom gave he to Jehoram, because he was the first-born.
BE	And their father gave them much silver and gold and things of great value, as well as walled towns in Judah; but the kingdom he gave to Jehoram, because he was the oldest.
Darby	And their father had given them great gifts of silver and of gold and of precious things, besides fortified cities in Judah; but the kingdom he gave to Jehoram, for he was the firstborn.
ELB05	Und ihr Vater gab ihnen viele Geschenke an Silber und an Gold und an Kostbarkeiten, nebst festen Städten in Juda; aber das Königreich gab er Joram, denn er war der Erstgeborene.
LSG	Leur père leur avait donné des présents considérables en argent, en or, et en objets précieux, avec des villes fortes en Juda; mais il laissa le royaume à Joram, parce qu'il était le premier-né.
Sch	Und ihr Vater machte ihnen reiche Geschenke von Silber, Gold und Kleinodien und gab ihnen feste Städte in Juda. Aber das Königreich gab er Jehoram, denn er war der Erstgeborene.
